VA Black Hills Pharmacist Obtain Board Certification
Only 55% of pharmacists who take the certification obtained a passing score this year and there are only 7766 BCPS certifications throughout the world.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Black Hills Health Care System's Pharmacy Department is proud to announce that Tara Butler, RPh and Kelly Moran, Pharm.D. have successfully obtained their Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) Certification.
To obtain this level of certification Ms. Butler and Moran were required to meet a rigorous national standard and possess of level of training, experience, knowledge and skill that is deemed essential to providing advanced level pharmaceutical care.
