The VA BHHCS is part of the VA Midwest Health Care Network (VISN 23) with facilities located in Fort Meade and Hot Springs. Both campuses provide primary and secondary medical and surgical care, along with residential treatment program (RRTP) services, extended nursing home care and tertiary psychiatric inpatient care services. Care is offered at both sites as well as through a number of Community Based Outpatient Clinics.

Hours of Operation: Both the Fort Meade and Hot Springs facilities are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent care needs.  Regular business hours for the Fort Meade facility is 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. (MT) Monday through Friday; and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m (MT) Monday through Friday for Hot Springs.  Hours vary for the Community Based Outpatient Clinics.
